Observation cutoff needs confirmation: October 30 versus November 2, 2026. Main application deadline remains November 2.

UF’s criteria and FAQ corroborate the 40-hour mix and require PT-verified documentation. Its procedures page moves a weekend November 1 deadline to Monday, consistent with PTCAS November 2, 2026. A separate PTCAS observation field still says October 30, so the observation cutoff remains unresolved.

Questions still requiring confirmation

Application timing

November 2, 2026: complete PTCAS materials and UF supplement The institutional November 1 rule moves weekend deadlines to Monday, matching the current PTCAS date. Observation timing is separately flagged.

A past date remains past; no date is advanced to a future year. Confirm whether the program requires submission, completion, or verification by its deadline.

Observation experience

Complete at least 40 hours across orthopedic, neurological and a specialty type, with at least 10 hours in each, at least two facilities, and no more than two required types at one facility. Documentation must be submitted and PT-verified. UF’s weekend-adjusted application deadline agrees with November 2, 2026, but PTCAS separately lists October 30 for observation; confirm that cutoff.
