Digital product terms.

These terms describe DPT School Prereqs, a self-service application-planning product operated by Health Professions Data, LLC.

1. Your purchase

One prepaid dashboard term costs $24 USD for 90 days, $42 USD for 180 days, or $60 USD for 365 days, plus applicable tax disclosed before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Additional purchases extend remaining active access. Directory pages and articles are free. Compare access terms.

2. Delivery and expiry

Access is granted after verified payment and provisioning, not simply by visiting a success page. Use the same account email you used when starting the purchase. Account & access displays your access dates and recorded purchases. If access or confirmation is delayed, contact [email protected] before purchasing again.

Provisioning, confirmation-email status and authenticated product use are recorded separately. At expiry, editing and normal workspace access stop. You may still export or delete retained content during the 14-day grace period. A background process then removes planning content from the active database. Buying again cannot recover content already deleted.

3. Refunds and cancellation

Sales are final after delivery or use, subject to the billing-error, non-delivery and service-failure remedies in our refund policy and mandatory legal rights. Unused days, a change of plans or an admission outcome do not ordinarily qualify for a refund. There is no renewal to cancel. Deleting your workspace or closing an account does not itself request a refund. The refund policy explains how to contact us and what happens to access.

4. Product scope

The dashboard helps you organize your own courses, observation experience, deadlines, writing, tasks and budgets. It does not submit applications, certify eligibility, verify observation hours, provide individual coaching or guarantee admission. GPA and cost calculations are planning estimates, not official evaluations or financial advice. No patient-care guidance is provided.

Confirm requirements, dates, costs and application status with each program and PTCAS. School, campus, pathway and entry cycle matter. Source checks can become outdated; unknown information and disagreements remain labeled.

5. Your account and content

Keep access to your sign-in email secure and do not share your account or sign-in codes. Use truthful records and material you have permission to store. Follow each school's writing and application rules. Do not store patient-identifying information, confidential recommendation letters, Social Security numbers, payment credentials or unlawful content. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with service security.

You retain ownership of your writing and records. You permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to operate, secure and support your workspace, as described in the privacy policy. Your drafts are not sent to an AI provider by this product.

6. Availability and backups

We cannot promise uninterrupted service or recovery of every unsaved edit. We maintain encrypted recovery copies of saved account data, but they do not capture every change or replace your own exports. Export important work and use official application portals for time-sensitive submissions. Browser-only plans and downloaded files are your responsibility. Contact support about access problems; we will investigate and address verified billing, delivery or qualifying service failures under the refund policy.

7. Independent product and changes

DPT School Prereqs is not affiliated with or endorsed by APTA, PTCAS, CAPTE or any listed school. Names and links identify the programs discussed. The policy version accepted for a purchase is recorded with that purchase. Later policy changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or change the price and duration already purchased. Material changes will be communicated where required.
